Terms of Service Agreement .

This is a legally binding agreement with Fennec Global, so please read these Terms carefully (the "Terms"). The website at the domain https://www.fennecsm.com ("Site") and the FennecSM platform hosted at the same domain are governed by these Terms.

By registering or using the Site and/or Services, you agree to these Terms without conditions. During registration, you must explicitly accept the Terms by clicking the "I Accept," "Get Started," or "Proceed" button. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not browse the Site, use the Services, or infringe upon Fennec Global copyrights, intellectual property, or licensed materials. Unauthorized use, copying, or misrepresentation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

We may update these Terms or modify the scope of the Services at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on the Site and within the FennecSM platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Site or Services after any amendments indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Violation of any Terms may result in termination of your account, suspension of Services, and/or legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief.

1. Account Terms for Using the Services

  1. Upon payment of subscription fees, we agree to provide you access to the Services under these Terms.
  2. You must register using your real name, contact information, and create a unique user login name ("login") and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any actions performed using your credentials will be considered authorized by you.
  3. A single login is restricted to one individual. Sharing a login among multiple users is prohibited unless permitted by your Service plan, such as administrator privileges for creating multiple users.
  4. Fennec Global is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to safeguard your login credentials.

2. Cancellation and Termination

  1. To cancel your account, you must follow the official cancellation process. This can be done by selecting the Deactivate option in your account settings and following the provided instructions. Email or phone requests for cancellation are not valid.
  2. Upon cancellation, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. However, we may retain minimal data as a goodwill gesture to facilitate potential reactivation.
  3. Subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no pro-rata refunds for monthly cancellations. For annual subscriptions, refunds will be issued only for unused months following cancellation.
  4. Cancellation is immediate, and you will not be charged further beyond the current billing cycle.
  5. Fennec Global retains the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any Terms. We reserve sole discretion in determining what constitutes a breach.

3. General Conditions

  1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
  2. Technical support is available only to paying account holders and is provided exclusively via email in English. Additional paid support or training can be purchased through the Upgrade process within the Services.

4. Notices

  1. All notices must be in writing and sent via email:
    • To Fennec Global: Send to sales@instor.co.za.
    • To You: Notices will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

By using our Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
